Prof. Dr Pshem Kowalczuk
Pshem Kowalczuk (Przemyslaw B.), professor in minerals engineering at NTNU Norwegian University of Science and Technology, is an author of more than 100 publications in peer-refereed international scientific journals, conference proceedings, invited book chapters, and scientific/industrial reports. He has been extensively working on mineral processing and extractive metallurgy with recent focus on processing of marine minerals, REEs and secondary resources. For his scientific achievements he received many awards. In 2017, he was recognized as a Rising Star in mineral processing, by Dr. Barry Wills from Minerals Engineering International (MEI). Pshem is the editor-in-chief of Physicochemical Problems of Mineral Processing journal, one of the leading refereed journals in the Mineral Processing and Extractive Metallurgy area.
