Participants paying in Euros must also pay are National bank provision on all payments.
For those who will not attend the Conference, but want their accepted papers to be published, there is a possibility to pay the publishing fee of 50 EUR until 10 April 2023.
EXIBITION
An exhibition will be held during the Conference, which will be a good opportunity for the companies dealing with topics of the Conference to introduce their products and services. Exhibition will be open throughout the Conference.
Exhibition fee of 350 EUR for one delegate includes exhibition booth, possibility to hand out the participants of the Conference brochures, catalogs or other promotional materials, proceedings and other materials, welcoming cocktail, refreshments during the breaks and conference dinner. Additional fee for other delegates is 100 EUR per person. Details will be sent to the companies interested in participation.
LETTER OF INVITATION
IMPRC will issue letters of invitation to those participants who need such a document for providing an entry visa. However such letters do not commit IMPRC to provide financial support to holders of this document. Requests for letters of invitation should be sent to the 0rganizing Committee of IMPRC.
PERSONAL INSURANCE
The Organizer cannot be held responsible for accidents involving Conference participants or the accompanying persons, for damage or loss of their personal properties as well as the expenses caused by cancellation, regardless of its cause.
Participants should therefore make their own insurance arrangements. Please consult your local insurance agents regarding coverage.
