For those who will not attend the Conference, but want their accepted papers to be published, there is a possibility to pay the publishing fee of 200 € until 28 February 2027.
LETTER OF INVITATION
IMPRC 2027 will issue invitation letters to those participants who need such a document for providing an entry visa. However such letters do not commit IMPRC 2027 to provide financial support to holders of this document. Requests for invitation letters should be sent to the 0rganizing Committee of IMPRC 2027.
The invitation letters will be issued only to the authors and not to the visitors.
PERSONAL INSURANCE
The Organizer cannot be held responsible for accidents involving Conference participants or the accompanying persons, for damage or loss of their personal properties as well as the expenses caused by cancellation, regardless of its cause. Participants should therefore make their own insurance arrangements. Please consult your local insurance agents regarding coverage.
