Electronic Poster (e-poster) session
For the first time, the XV International Mineral Processing and Recycling Conference (IMPRC 2023) will introduce a new tool: the е-Poster!
Electronic Posters or E-Posters are similar to traditional paper posters but displayed on-site on large LCD screens available to conference attendees during e-poster session.
The e-poster session will take place in person in a session room on the premises of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia. The e-Posters will be presented as a single page PDF with static text and images during one of the e-Poster Presentation Sessions.
All e-posters will be displayed throughout the whole conference session on screens situated in the conference hall. Please note that the screens will be with landscape orientation.
All e-posters will be available to conference attendees and the general public at the IMPRC 2023.This will provide the opportunity to briefly introduce the topic of the e-Poster in order to attract an audience. The session moderator will briefly introduce you, then the author will have a maximum of 3 minutes to introduce the e-Poster. After the session, the audience will have the opportunity to discuss the topic with the presenters.

e-Poster Guidelines
The e-Posters should be prepared according to provided template. Please download template and follow these guidelines when preparing your e-Posters.
- Format for e-Posters: landscape, DIN A0 (841 mm x 1189 mm)
- Number of pages: maximum 1 page
- Orientation: Please create your document in PowerPoint in landscape layout 16×9 and save it as a PDF file.
- File type: PDF
- File size: maximum 35 MB
- Font: do not use special fonts as these complicate the readability
- File name: presenter’s name and presentation number. To avoid any compatibility problems, please do not use special characters (e.g. «, Ö, Ø, ñ, ε, ®, ý, }, {, etc.).
- Do not use any passwords or encryption for your file.
- Hyperlinks, animated images, animations and embedded videos are not permitted for e-Posters and they will be considered as non-functioning.
- The official conference language is English. Therefore, all e-posters should be prepared in English.

All e-Posters must be uploaded before the conference via a special form:
By uploading your e-Poster, you agree to have it published on the official conference website. Your e-poster will be displayed on a dedicated page in the e-Poster Gallery. If you do not submit your e-Poster before the conference, it will not be visible during the conference.
